Villa OUI is a 4-bedroom luxury villa located in Petit Cul de Sac, within minutes of several beaches and shopping. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and look out over the landscape and ocean from the comfort of this private villa.

Living Room & Kitchen

Relax in the living room with warm lighting and comfortable sofas and chairs, then explore the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and colorful hand-painted dishes. The living room opens to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area that comfortably seats 10 guests around a beautiful wooden table.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The 4 bedrooms are inviting and cheery with colorful linens and painted walls. Bedrooms 1 and 2 connect together and have king-size beds, antique furniture, and ensuite marble bathrooms. The third bedroom opens to the living room, and has a king-size bed and marble bathroom. The fourth bedroom connects to the third bedroom, and has an ensuite bathroom and twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed.

Outdoor Space & Amenities

The breezy terrace features a large swimming pool with several seating areas and loungers. The house also has air-conditioning in bedrooms, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, a gas grill, and use of shared tennis courts near the beach. This is a non-smoking property.

House Cleaning Services & Holiday Rental Rates

Villa OUI comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
